Castle-Bond Adhesive

CastleBond CB-125 is a ready-to-use cement based product specially designed for the installation of tiles. It can be used internally or externally and can be applied on most tiles. With it’s special formulation, CastleBond CB-125 gives a good workability and easily trowellable mortar when mixed with water and providing a high adhesion and bonding strength to most substrates, vertically or horizontally.

Application

Mix CastleBond CB-125 adhesive compound with clean water using a slow-speed mechanical paddle stirrer on a ratio of 4 parts of CB-125 to 1 part of water to attain a workable and trowelable mortar mix.
The mixed CB-125 adhesive compound is then applied using a notched or hand trowel onto the clean surface. Within 10 to 15 minutes, position the tiles or stone and press firmly.

 

Ready for joint grouting after 24 hours.

Available in Grey, White, Black, Gold, Brown and Beige.

CastleBond CB-200 Bonding additive is highly recommended to be incorporated with the CB-125adhesive cement to enhance on the bonding properties for the installation of tiles to tiles, tiles to wood panels and to substrates which are smooth.

CastleBond CB-100 Bonding additive is a general purpose bonding agent and can be used for mixing with normal cement and sand mortar mixes to provide a higher adhesion bond. It can be also used as a bonding slurry when mixed with ordinary portland cement.
